BUSH-CHENEY-RUMSFELD-WOLFOWITZ---America's Worst Tragedy

President Bush was put in office by efforts of greedy and power hungry people.  Until 9/11 Cheney ran America and Bush was in Texas mulling what to do being a non-working president.  Before he took office plans where in the works to expand America's reach and control more of the oil industry, especially in the middle east.  There where also plans to invade Iraq.
Some of the influence came from the Wolfowitz papers which said that America is now the only super power so America can change the world to OUR way by force if necessary.  Bush and Cheney would become world leaders of the American democratic  and capitalist way of living.  But doesn't this sound a bit like Russia wanting to rule the world by communism!!  Didn't America fight communism from spreading in South Korea?  Now we see that Bush and Cheney where following with America's threat to the world under the guise of democracy. 
It is easy to understand that these men would want to "rule" the world.  What a power boost that would be for them.  Of course the power follies end in a disaster.  Instead of ruling the democratic world America has squandered 3 $$$trillion, lost over 5,000 brave American's, killed and wounded a million in Iraq and Afghanistan and of course it is a religious war that we could not win.
One story that goes around is that we could of had bin Laden early on but Washington said no, let him  escape, because that would have ended the war and any chances of getting approval to attack Iraq.  As Rumsfeld said there where no targets big enough in Afghan---for our defense contractors to make big money.  Our nuclear scientist told Bush the aluminum tubes could not be made to make nuclear weapons.  They made public the name of a CIA agent, that is treason.   They said a rusty bus in the Iraq desert was a threat to America!!!   They approved torture.
There are many more very disturbing stories and facts about what this team did and the damage they caused is too great to measure.  America, the great USA, will suffer and pay for their greed for decades.  The tax breaks for their rich friends caused the great recession.  A recession that lingers and has hurt millions to pay for their disgusting greedy grab for money and power.

Remember KENT STATE

DOES anyone remember Kent State.  Most people born after 1960 don't.  Now we have another similar situation which could become a national disaster with riots in every state. 
How about Viet Nam?  I think most have at least heard of it.  But like Kent State we haven't seemed to have learned much.  Social discrimination goes on strong as ever.  Military contractors keep pushing for more wars for profit, not for democracy or human rights. 

America is in tatters and real leaders need to come forward.  Real leaders are parents, educators, and politicians all who want to make America and the world a good and gentle place.  Our President and his staff are working hard trying to solve all of our problems while the 500 members of congress refuse to discuss and negotiate plans for a better America.  They should all leave Washington if they are not willing to work. 

HOPE  Thanks that there is always hope.  Let's make our HOPE reality.
