To control spending and lower the deficit the Government needs to cut spending by TEN PERCENT across the board. From the president to congress and every agency needs to cut their spending by TEN PERCENT. Salaries from the president, congress, supreme court and to every Government worker gets cut TEN PERCENT. Every agency gets cut by TEN PERCENT.
