IMMIGRATION REFORM

The way to immigration reform is for the Governors of California, Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas to devise a workable long range solution.  With a real solution the Governors then should meet with their congressional members to develop a finalized plan that can be presented to congress as legislation to be further debated and then signed by the President.
The current non-plans are for politicians to get votes and back stab everyone else.  These useless politicians remind me of my dog barking for treats.
