Google Nexus Phone Problems!!!

WOW, am I having a time trying to get a working Google Nexus phone.  My Nexus just died after less than two years.  I paid for insurance so they sent me a refurbished EEWWW  replacement that did not work.  I had to pay $65 to get the replacement on top of paying monthly insurance.  I sent both pones back but now they cannot find one of them???  ARRGGHHHH  Over 2 weeks and still no working phone.
